ADAM23 in Human Spleen.
A disintegrin and metalloprotease domain 23 (ADAM23) was detected in paraffin-embedded human spleen sections using 15 µg/mL mouse anti-human ADAM23 monoclonal antibody (Catalog #
MAB4974). Tissue was subjected to antigen retrieval using the Basic Antigen Retrieval kit (Catalog #
CTS013). Tissue was stained using R&D Systems anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog #
CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See
IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.
This antibody specifically recognizes human ADAM23. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry.
Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
