A disintegrin and metalloprotease domain 23 (ADAM23) was detected in paraffin-embedded human spleen sections using 15 µg/mL mouse anti-human ADAM23 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB4974). Tissue was subjected to antigen retrieval using the Basic Antigen Retrieval kit (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using R&D Systems anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human ADAM23. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry.
