Neuroplastin 65 was detected in human cerebellum tissue sections using 3 µg/mL goat anti-human/mouse Neuroplastin 65 polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF5360). Panels show untreated tissue (lower panel) and tissue treated with R&D Systems Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (upper panel; Catalog # CTS013).Tissue was stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). This antibody recognizes Neuroplastin 65. In direct ELISAs, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Neuroplastin 55. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, direct ELISA, and Western blot.
