Folate Receptor 1 (FOLR1) was detected in MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line using 10 µg/mL mouse anti-human FOLR1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB5646). Cells were stained using R&D Systems NorthernLights™-557 donkey anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

This antibody detects human FOLR1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with recombinant human FOLR2, 3, or 4.
