| Job Duties: This position includes answering heavy customer call volume, taking and processing orders. Provide basic product and pricing information to customers. Refer callers to appropriate departments as needed. Follow up on customer complaints, questions and returns to ensure customer satisfaction. Refer more complex questions and problems to higher-level customer service representatives. |
Job Requirements: Successful candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent (GED) with a minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Good communication, problem solving skills and a pleasant phone presence required.
