| Job Duties: In this role you will be responsible to coordinate the workflow for the Support Services Group. Implement strategic goals, departmental/company policies, monitor performance and provide performance feedback. Oversee the production of solutions, labware cleaning, prepping and autoclaving, harvesting and concentration of conditioned media and running of Western analysis. Assess new techniques, protocols and cost analysis. Responsible for employee hiring, training, daily scheduling and maintaining a high quality of service and professional/technical knowledge and contribute to the team efforts. The work schedule for the FT position will be Sunday to Thursday starting at 7:00 AM. |
Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biological sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant laboratory experience. Previous supervisor/management experience is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written skills are required.
