Job Duties: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Biotech Manufacturing Team. The primary responsibilities of this position are to plan and supervise the daily activity of the production, planning and packaging groups. Implement strategic goals, departmental/company policies, monitor employee performance and provide performance feedback. Coordinate the transfer of new products into Production Planning and packaging from development, write planning and packaging procedures, SOPs and review kit packing documents for accuracy and completeness. Prepare reports as needed to update management on departmental performance. May perform other duties as needed.

Job Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in operations management or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in MRP/ERP and/or manufacturing immunoassay components a plus! Previous supervisory experience required. Must have organizational/planning, communication and problem solving skills.
