| Job Duties: The primary responsibilities are to prepare HRP, AP and other conjugates for both production and research. Covalently couple proteins to microparticles. Prepare, characterize and evaluate denatured alkaline phosphatase, maleimide-HRP and other conjugate related reagents. Write and complete documentation, maintain laboratory notebook, attend project meetings, and work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. May perform other duties as assigned. |
Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biological sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 0 to 2 years ELISA, protein purification, and conjugation experience.
