Introduction
Sandwich ELISAs are sensitive enzyme immunoassays that measure soluble levels
of proteins in biological samples. Complete ELISA kits offer accurate and reproducible
results with no development time required. However, when complete ELISA kits
are not an option, DuoSet kits contain the basic components required to develop
an immunoassay to measure natural or recombinant proteins.
DuoSet ELISA development kits offer an economical alternative to buying separate
antibodies and proteins. Each DuoSet ELISA development kit provides a protocol
optimized for cell culture supernatants. All standards are mass-calibrated
for immunoassay, and all components undergo quality control testing to eliminate
lot-to-lot variability.
Note: For complex sample matrices like serum and plasma, we strongly recommend
our Quantikine line of fully validated, ready-to-run ELISAs.
DuoSet Advantages
- Optimized reagents save lengthy development time.
- Mass-calibrated standards allow for consistent results and eliminate vial-to-vial variation.
- Generic development protocols provide direction to start an optimization protocol.
- Customize the assay to your specific needs.
