Cell-Based Infrared ELISA

(Near-Infrared Detection)

Day 2 = 2 hrs 45 mins
Seed cells in a 96-well plate. Stimulate cells. Fix, permeabilize, and block cells. Seed cells in a 96-well plate. Stimulate cells. Fix, permeabilize, and block cells.
Add primary antibody cocktail. Add primary antibody cocktail.
Add HRP-conjugated and AP-conjugated secondary antibody cocktail. Add IRDye® 800CW-conjugated* and IRDye® 680LT-conjugated* secondary antibody cocktail and measure near-infrared fluorescence.
