Sample Preparation
Total prepared sample volume needed per well is 100 microliters.
Serum and plasma samples require a 2-fold dilution. For testing samples in duplicate, a suggested 2-fold dilution is 125 microliters of sample + 125 microliters of Calibrator Diluent RD6-40.
