Fluorokine Multianalyte Profiling (MAP) kits are highly efficient multiplex assays designed for the simultaneous detection of multiple analytes. The analytes detected are defined by the end-user. Depending on the needs of the individual researcher, capture and detection reagents can be premixed in respective vials or purchased separately.

Custom Premix Fluorokine MAP Kits

For maximum usability and minimal experimental variability, antibody-coated beads and detection antibodies are premixed, in respective vials, by R&D Systems. Complete kits are supplied with 1 x 96-well microplate and all of the other necessary reagents required to perform the assay. Please use the Fluorokine MAP Custom Premix Configuration & Ordering Tool to select up to 10 analytes to multiplex.

Custom Premix Kits, require a 2-4 day turn-around time when orders are placed directly from R&D Systems. Please allow additional time when placing orders through a distributor.

Base Kits and Bead Sets

Fluorokine MAP kits can also be purchased as individual Bead Sets and a Base Kit. Each Bead Set contains analyte-specific, antibody-coated beads and biotinylated detection antibodies for the molecule of interest. The Base Kit contains 1 x 96-well microplate and all other components required to perform the assay. Beads and detection antibodies for up to 22 analytes are mixed by the end-user. This arrangement allows the end-user maximum flexibility in creating the panel composition with rapid turn-around time.
