Sample Preparation
Total prepared sample volume needed per well is 50 microliters.
Serum and plasma samples require a 4-fold dilution. For testing samples in duplicate, a suggested 4-fold dilution is 30 microliters of sample + 90 microliters of Calibrator Diluent RD6-46. A 2-fold dilution may be used to achieve higher sensitivity for CINC-2 alpha/beta, CINC-3, GM-CSF, IFN-gamma, IL-1 alpha, IL-1 beta, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-18, TNF-alpha, and VEGF.
Cell culture supernates can be run undiluted with no matrix effects or interference. Maximum sample requirement per well is 50 microliters. Samples may be further diluted if necessary to bring sample data within the standard curve range.
