DuoSet IC IP Kinase Activity Assays offer a highly specific and sensitive way to measure endogenous kinase activity. These assays are simple to perform and provide rapid, quantitative results. The captured kinase phosphorylates the provided substrate, and levels are assessed using colorimetric detection.

Chk1 Kinase Activity in HeLa Cell Lysates
Chk1 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa cell lysates treated with increasing concentrations of the Chk1 inhibitor, SB218078. Chk1 kinase activity in the immunoprecipitates was determined using the Active Chk1 Kinase DuoSet IP-Kinase Assay (Catalog # DYC1630; histogram). The amount of Chk1 immunoprecipitated was also determined by Western blot analysis using an anti-human/mouse/rat Chk1 polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF1630; inset). |
