Proteome Profiler™ 96 Microplate-based Antibody Arrays
96-well microplates spotted with up to 16 antibodies per well for simultaneous detection of multiple analytes.
Introduction
Proteome Profiler 96 Antibody Arrays are 96-well microplate-based assays designed to detect multiple proteins in the same sample. Microplate wells are spotted with up to 16 different capture antibodies allowing highly efficient analysis of relative protein expression levels. These kits use a smaller sample size than our membrane-based Proteome Profiler Antibody Arrays. Proteome Profiler 96 Antibody Arrays are specially designed to ensure antibody compatibility, high specificity, and high sensitivity. Each kit contains a detection antibody and all required buffers necessary to run the assay.

Data Examples
 |
| Antibody spotting and data examples for Proteome Profiler 96 Microplate-based Antibody Arrays. Columns 1 to 5 depict the arrangement of spot locations in microplate arrays that simultaneously detect different numbers of analytes. Columns 6 to 12 show how actual data samples might appear in a 16 antibody spotted microplate. In addition to the 16 spotted capture antibodies, data shown in columns 6 to 12 also depict two Reference Spots. Reference Spots provide a strong positive signal to allow easy visualization of well location for template alignment during data analysis. |

| Proteome Profiler 96 Microplate-based Antibody Arrays are Sensitive and Qualitative. A. MDA-MB-453 human breast cancer cells were treated with recombinant human macrophage stimulating protein (MSP) (Catalog # 352-MS) for 5 minutes. Serial dilutions of the lysate were analyzed using the Proteome Profiler 96 Human Phospho-RTK Antibody Array 1 (Catalog # ARZ001). RS=Reference Spot; provides a strong positive signal to allow easy visualization of well location for template alignment during data analysis. B. Histogram profiles for select proteins were generated by quantifying the mean spot pixel densities from individual antibody spots using analytical software. |
