The Proteome Profiler 96 Human Phospho-RTK Array 1 (Catalog # ARZ001) employs a two-site sandwich immunoassay technique to simultaneously detect 16 phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) in a single sample of cell lysate. Multiple capture antibodies that specifically recognize the target RTKs detected by the assay have been spotted into each well of a 96-well microplate.
| Antibody Well Map |
 |
| A visualization of the spot layout per well in the Proteome Profiler 96 Phospho-RTK Array 1 (Catalog # ARZ001). Each individual well is spotted with 16 different antibodies and 2 Reference Spots. Reference Spots provide a strong positive signal to allow easy visualization of well location for template alignment during data analysis. |

NRG1-beta1/HRG1-beta1 Induces Phosphorylation of ErbB Family of Receptors in MDA-MB-453 Cells
 |
| A. Cell lysates prepared from MDA-MB-453 human breast cancer cells, untreated or treated with recombinant human NRG1-beta 1 (Catalog # 396-HB) for 5 minutes, were assessed for the phosphorylation of 16 different receptor tyrosine kinases using the Proteome Profiler 96 Human Phospho-RTK Antibody Array 1 (Catalog # ARZ001). RS=Reference Spot. B. Histogram profiles for receptor tyrosine kinases exhibiting significant phosphorylation were generated by quantifying the mean spot pixel densities from individual antibody spots using analytical software. |
