Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA Antibody

Detection of Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA by Western Blot. Western blot shows recombinant Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA protein. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti- Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB100632) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA at approximately 26 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Detection of Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA by Simple Western^TM. Simple Western lane view shows recombinant Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA protein, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA at approximately 35 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB100632). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA ELISA Standard Curve. Recombinant Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Rabbit Anti-Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10063) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Rabbit Anti-Benzonase® Nuclease/NucA Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB100632) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994).
