CALP2
Biological Activity
Cell-permeable calmodulin (CaM) antagonist that binds to the EF-hand/Ca2+-binding site. CALP2 has been demonstrated to inhibit CaM-dependant phosphodiesterase activity and increase intracellular Ca2+ concentrations by modulating Ca2+-channel activity. CALP2 has also been shown to be a potent activator of alveolar macrophages.Technical Data
