Detection of Human PP2C gamma /PPM1G by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Human PP2C gamma /PPM1G Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5595) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for PP2C gamma /PPM1G at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
