Detection of Human PSG-6 by Western Blot. Western blot shows human pregnancy serum, human serum (non-pregnancy), JAR human choriocarcinoma cell line lysates, and human placenta tissue lysates. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 dilution of Rabbit Anti-Human PSG-6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8598) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). Specific bands were detected for PSG-6 at approximately 55 and 74 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
