Biological Activity
L-type Ca2+-channel blocker with negative inotropic and vasodilatatory effects in vivo. Enantiomer showing opposite effects to the racemate (±)-Bay K 8644 and (S)-(-)- enantiomer.

Racemate and (S)-(-)-Enantiomer also available.
