|Detection of CCR9 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Rat CCR9 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with (A) rat CCR9 or (B) irrelevant transfectants and eGFP was stained with Mouse Anti-Rat CCR9 APC‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB8287A). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC0041A). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.|
CCR9 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain chemokine receptor that serves as a receptor for CCL25/TECK. CCR9 is expressed on mature and immature thymocytes and some peripheral T and B cells.
