CEACAM-1 in Human Colon.
Carcinoembryonic Antigen-related Cell Adhesion Molecule 1 (CEACAM-1) was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon using Human CEACAM-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB22441) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to the stromal cells. This antibody specifically recognizes human CEACAM-1. In ELISA and Western blot experiments, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human CD31, recombinant human ICAM-1, -2, -3, recombinant mouse MAdCAM-1, or recombinant human VCAM-1.
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multi-color fluorescence microscopy.
