Estrogen Receptor alpha/NR3A1 in human uterus.
Estrogen Receptor alpha (ER alpha) was detected in paraffin-embedded human uterus tissue sections using anti-human ER alpha monoclonal antibody (Catalog # PP-H4624-00) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
This antibody specifically recognizes human Estrogen Receptor alpha/NR3A1 and cross reacts with rat ER alpha. This antibody does not recognize Estrogen Receptor beta. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, western blot and ELISA.
Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
