WB: Preliminary experiments gave bands at both approx. 25 kDa band and approx. 45 kDa band in human brain extracts at 0.1 ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in scientific literature for the 45 kDa band we observe given the predicted MW of approx. 24 kDa band according to NP_054897. IHC-P: Human kidney shows cytoplasm staining of PCT and DCT cells.Use in Western blot reported in scientific literature (PMID: 24441682).
