Product Description

BDPIC (BromoTag®-dTAG proximity inducing chimera) is a non-covalent, bifunctional molecule inducing proximity between BromoTag- and dTAG-fused proteins. Comprises BromoTag® Ligand and dTAG Ligand, connected by a PEG linker. Can be used in targeted dephosphorylation of phosphoproteins, where phosphatases, tagged with BromoTag, are directed to phospho-SMAD3, tagged with dTAG. Also used for targeted dephosphorylation of TFEB-dTAG through induced proximity to BromoTag-PPP2CA.
