Scientific Data Images for cAMP Antibody (250532)

cAMP antibody in Human PBMCs by Immunocytochemistry (ICC).

cAMP in Human PBMCs.

cAMP was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using 10 µg/mL Mouse Anti-cAMP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2146) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Changes of A2AR and cAMP in the NTS of IHKA modeled epileptic mice. Representative images of IF staining for A2AR (A) and cAMP (C) in the NTS of IHKA modeled epileptic mice (Epileptic) vs. sham controls (Sham). Quantitative analysis of the NTS densities of A2AR (B) and cAMP (D) (presented as relative optical density, ROD) in IHKA modeled epileptic (Epi) mice vs. sham controls (Sham). Data are mean ± SEM. **p < 0.01 and ****p < 0.0001, vs. sham controls within same genotype, unpaired t-test. Scale bar = 35 μm. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphar.2022.910535/full), licensed under a CC-BY license. Detection of cAMP by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence

Effect of mGluR3 activation by glutamate or LY354740 on cAMP content induced by forskolin in HepG2 cells. (A) Immunofluorescence staining for cAMP (green) and nuclei (red, propidium iodide) in HepG2 cells; the merge of both channels is displayed. All cells displayed a positive cAMP signal, with different levels depending on the treatment. cAMP was enhanced by the adenylate cyclase activator forskolin (Fk, 10 μM) that was inhibited by glutamate (glu, 10 μM) or the mGluR3 selective agonist LY354740 (LY, 40 nM). Scale bar = 50 μm (25×) or 20 μm (crop). (B) Quantitative analysis of the number of positive cells and fluorescence intensity of cAMP measured in 10 fields. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM of three independent cultures. ** p < 0.01. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/42123462), licensed under a CC-BY license. Not internally tested by R&D Systems.
