Scientific Data Images for CNPase Antibody (1H10) - BSA Free
Western Blot: CNPase Antibody (1H10) [NBP2-50031]
Western Blot: CNPase Antibody (1H10) [NBP2-50031] - Western blot analysis of different tissue lysates using mouse mAb to CNP, NBP2-50031, dilution 1:2,000 in green: [1] protein standard (red), [2] rat brain, [3] rat spinal cord, [4] mouse brain, [5] mouse spinal cord. A doublet of bands at 46 and 48kDa correspond to the major isotypes of the CNP protein.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CNPase Antibody (1H10) [NBP2-50031]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CNPase Antibody (1H10) [NBP2-50031] - Mixed neuron-glial cell cultures stained with NBP2-50031 (red) and polyclonal antibody against GFAP (green, NB300-141). NBP2-50031 stains strongly in oligodendrocytes, whereas GFAP labels only the intermediate filaments in astrocytes. Blue is DNA staining.Immunohistochemistry Free-Floating: CNPase Antibody (1H10) [NBP2-50031]
Immunohistochemistry Free-Floating: CNPase Antibody (1H10) [NBP2-50031] - Analysis of rat cerebellum section stained with mouse mAb to CNP, NBP2-50031, dilution 1:500 in green and costained with chicken pAb to NF-M, dilution 1:1,000, in red. The blue is DAPI staining of nuclear DNA. Following transcardial perfusion of rat with 4% paraformaldehyde, brain was post fixed for 24 hours, cut to 45uM, and free-floating sections were stained with above antibodies. The CNP antibody specifically stains oligodendrocytes, cells that create the myelin sheath around axons. NF-M antibody labels axons of neuronal cells.Applications for CNPase Antibody (1H10) - BSA Free
