CrkL is a widely-expressed 39 kD adaptor protein that belongs to the Crk protein family and is abundantly expressed in cells of hematopoetic origin. Through its SH2 and SH3 domains CrkL initiates interactions with numerous downstream proteins such as CBL, Cas, Paxillin, C3G, SOS, PI3K, c-Abl and BCR/Abl. It is involved in processes such as adhesion, migration and immune responses. Furthermore, CrkL plays an essential role in Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia and is constitutively phosphorylated by the Bcr-Abl kinase in this disease.

Western Blot: CrkL Antibody (GT466) [NBP3-13625]
Western Blot: CrkL Antibody (GT466) [NBP3-13625] - Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CrkL antibody [GT466] (NBP3-13625) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CrkL Antibody (GT466) [NBP3-13625]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CrkL Antibody (GT466) [NBP3-13625] - CrkL antibody [GT466] detects CrkL protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded human colon cancer. CrkL stained by CrkL antibody [GT466] (NBP3-13625) diluted at 1:500. Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 minImmunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CrkL Antibody (GT466) [NBP3-13625]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CrkL Antibody (GT466) [NBP3-13625] - CrkL antibody [GT466] detects CrkL protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer. CrkL stained by CrkL antibody [GT466] (NBP3-13625) diluted at 1:500.
