Application: Immunohistochemistry-FrozenSample Tested: Mouse OvarySpecies: MouseVerified Customer | Posted 07/07/2021Testing of EGR2 (NBP2-45696) antibody on fresh-frozen, paraformaldehyde fixed sections of 18 days old fetal mouse ovaries. EGR2 positive signal was localized in the cytoplasm instead of nucleus of all cells.Fresh frozen sections of ovaries were fixed for 10 min in freshly made 4% paraformaldehyde. After blocking with 10% donkey serum, sections were incubated overnight with 1:100 dilution of EGR2 (NBP2-45695) antibody or mouse IgG (antibody control) and exposed 1h with donkey-anti mouse Alexa 594 plus DAPI. Mounted sections were imaged in a Leica confocal microscope.Bio-Techne ResponseThis review was submitted through the legacy Novus Innovators Program, reflecting a new species or application tested on a primary antibody.
