Scientific Data Images for Human DAP10/HCST Antibody (982129)
Detection of DAP10/HCST in U937 cell line by Flow Cytometry.
Human U937 histiocytic lymphoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human DAP10/HCST Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9786, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG2A isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB003, open histogram) followed by PE-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
