Human Endoglycan/PODXL2 Antibody

Endoglycan/PODXL2 in Human HUVEC.

Endoglycan/PODXL2 was detected in immersion fixed HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells using Goat Anti-Human Endoglycan/PODXL2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1524) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Detection of Endoglycan/PODXL2 by Western Blot

Knockout (KO) of lnc-FANCI-2 in CaSki cells affects expression of cellular soluble receptors.(A) Dot blots show differentially expressed soluble receptors in delta Pr-A9 cells when compared to those in the wild-type (WT) CaSki cells. A Proteome Profiler Human sReceptor Array was used to examine 105 cellular soluble receptors. Label in red, upregulated receptors; label in blue, downregulated receptors.
