Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line and TS1 mouse helper T cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human GATA-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1779) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for GATA-1 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

iPSCs maintain healthy morphology, karyotype, and stemness markers after long-term culture on VTN62-292. Brightfield image of iPSCs (BXS0114) cultured on VTN62-292 for over 13 passages show normal iPSC colony morphology, including defined borders and compact cells with large nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio. G-band analysis of iPSCs (BXS0114) grown on VTN62-292 for over 13 passages show no chromosome abnormalities (B). iPSCs expanded on VTN62-292 for 15 passages were positive for the stemness markers NANOG, OCT3/4, and TRA1-60, as shown with immunofluorescence. Background: GATA-1

GATA-1 is the founding member of the GATA family of transcription factors, which bind to the consensus DNA sequence (A/T) GATA (A/G) to control diverse tissue‑specific programs of gene expression and morphogenesis. GATA‑1 is expressed in blood forming cells. It interacts with several additional proteins to activate or repress gene expression and is essential for erythropoiesis (1).
