Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-3 (ICAM-3, CD50), a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, binds the leukocyte integrins LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18) and alpha d/ beta 2. ICAM‑3 is expressed on leukocytes and epidermal Langerhans cells. It may play an important role in T cell stimulation by Langerhans cells. ICAM-3 has not been identified in the mouse.

Scientific Data Images for Human ICAM-3/CD50 Antibody (ICAM-3.3)
ICAM‑3/CD50 in Human PBMCs.
ICAM-3/CD50 was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Mouse Anti-Human ICAM-3/CD50 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BBA15) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Human ICAM-3 / CD50 ELISA Standard Curve
Recombinant Human ICAM‑3/CD50 Fc Chimera (Catalog # 715-IC) was serially diluted and captured by Mouse Anti-Human ICAM‑3/CD50 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BBA15) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Goat Anti-Human ICAM‑3/CD50 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF813) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)Applications for Human ICAM-3/CD50 Antibody (ICAM-3.3)
