Detection of TREM2 in RAW 264.7 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Human/Mouse TREM2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17291R, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (MAB0061, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2Secondary Antibody (F0105B). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-Associated Proteins protocol.Detection of TREM2 in Human PBMC Monocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Human PBMC monocytes were stained with (A) Rat Anti-Human/Mouse TREM2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17291R) or (B) Rat IgG2B Isotype control antibody (MAB0061) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (F0113) and Rat anti-Mouse Integrin alpha M/CD11b PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB1124P). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-Associated Proteins protocol.Applications for TREM2 Antibody (237920R)
