Scientific Data Images for Human NLRP3/NALP3 Antibody (652519)
Detection of NLRP3/NALP3 in Human Monocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood monocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human NLRP3/NALP3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB67892, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB003, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
