Scientific Data Images for P-Selectin/CD62P Antibody
Detection of Human P‑Selectin/CD62P by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human platelets. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human P-Selectin/CD62P Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF137) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for P-Selectin/ CD62P at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Rat P‑Selectin/CD62P by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of rat platelets. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Rat P-Selectin/CD62P Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF137) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for P-Selectin/CD62P at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Human P‑Selectin/CD62P by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of human platelets, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for P‑Selectin/CD62P at approximately 219 kDa (as indicated) using 50 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Rat P‑Selectin/CD62P Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF137) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF016). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 66-440 kDa separation system.Applications for P-Selectin/CD62P Antibody
