Interleukin 36 beta (IL-36 beta), also known as IL-1F8, FIL-1h and IL-1H2, is a member of the IL-1 family of proteins. IL-36 beta is reported to be actively secreted. Cells expressing IL-36 beta include resting and activated monocytes, and B cells. The receptor for IL-36 beta is thought to be a combination of IL-1 Rrp2 and IL-1 RAcP. Recombinant IL-36 beta activates pathways involving NF-kB and MAPK in an IL-1 Rrp2-dependent manner.

Antibody was raised against a 16 amino acid peptide near the carboxy terminus of human IL-36B. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of IL-36B.
Specificity
IL-36B antibody is human specific. At least two isoforms of IL-36B are known to exist; this antibody will only detect the longer isoform. IL-36B antibody will not cross-react with IL-36A or IL-36G.

CoraFluor™ 1, amine reactive (Catalog:7920) and CoraFluor™ 2, amine reactive (Catalog # 7950) are terbium-based probes that have been developed for use as TR-FRET donors. They emit wavelengths compatible with commonly used fluorescent acceptor dyes such as BODIPY® (or BDY) and Janelia Fluor® dyes, FITC (Catalog # 5440), TMR and Cyanine 5 (Catalog # 5436). CoraFluor™ fluorescence is brighter and more stable in biological media than existing TR-FRET donors, leading to enhanced sensitivity and improved data generation.
