Scientific Data Images for Kif2a Antibody - BSA Free
Western Blot: Kif2a Antibody [NBP1-83253]
Western Blot: Kif2a Antibody [NBP1-83253] - Western blot shows lysates of HEK293T human embryonic kidney parental cell line and Kif2a knockout (KO) HEK293T cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.4 ug/ml of Rabbit Anti-Human Kif2a Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP1-83253) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF008). Specific band was detected for Kif2a at approximately 100 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HEK293T cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HEK293T cell line. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.Western Blot: Kif2a Antibody [NBP1-83253]
Western Blot: Kif2a Antibody [NBP1-83253] - Lane 1: NIH-3T3 cell lysate (Mouse embryonic fibroblast cells). Lane 2: NBT-II cell lysate (Rat Wistar bladder tumor cells).Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Kif2a Antibody [NBP1-83253]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Kif2a Antibody [NBP1-83253] - Staining of human testis shows nuclear positivity in cells of seminiferus ducts.Western Blot: Kif2a Antibody [NBP1-83253]
Western Blot: Kif2a Antibody [NBP1-83253] - Lane 1: Marker [kDa] 230, 110, 82, 49, 32, 26, 18. Lane 2: Human cell line RT-4. Lane 3: Human cell line U-251MG spApplications for Kif2a Antibody - BSA Free
