Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18380]-Detection of human MCTP2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MCTP2 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. MCTP2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MCTP2 antibody.
