Recombinant Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Rat Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18961) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Rat Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1896) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994).

Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Background: TL1A/TNFSF15

TL1A is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily and has been designated TNFSF15. It is expressed predominantly in endothelial cells, and its expression is inducible by TNF-alpha and IL-1 alpha. TL1A binds with high affinity to DR3/TNFRSF25 on activated T cells.
