Western Blot: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723]
Western Blot: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723] - Detection of Human CapH2 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 and 50 ug) from HeLa and (50 ug) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody NBP1-28723 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Immunohistochemistry: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723]
Immunohistochemistry: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723] - Detection of human CAP-H2 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human lung cancer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-H2 (NBP1-28723). Detection: DABWestern Blot: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723]
Western Blot: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723] - Detection of Human CAP-H2 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 mcg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-H2 antibody NBP1-28723 used for WB at 1 mcg/ml (A and B) and used for IP at 10 mcg/mg lysate. CAP-H2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CAP-H2 antibody NBP1-28682, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CapH2, the ReliaBLOT Reagents and Procedures were used. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A and B).Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723] - FFPE section of human skin carcinoma. Antibody used at a dilution of 1:250. Detection: DAB staining using Immunohistochemistry Accessory Kit.Immunohistochemistry: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723]
Immunohistochemistry: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723] - Sample: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-H2 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DAB staining using Immunohistochemistry Accessory Kit.Immunoprecipitation: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723]
Immunoprecipitation: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28723] - Detection of human CapH2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody NBP1-28723 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. CapH2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody NBP1-28682. For blotting immunoprecipitated CapH2, NBP1-28723 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for NCAPH2 Antibody - BSA Free
