Western Blot: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456] - Detection of Human and Mouse PCNA by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from 293T and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PCNA antibody NB100-456 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Immunohistochemistry: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456]
Immunohistochemistry: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456] - Sample: FFPE section of human stomach carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- PCNA used at a dilution of 1:10,000 (0.1ug/ml). Detection: DABFlow Cytometry: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456]
Flow Cytometry: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456] - Detection of PCNA Versus DNA Content. Asynchronous Jurkat cells were fixed and permeabilized in a sequential treatment of FACS buffer (PBS, 0.5% triton-X-100, 0.5mM EDTA, 1% BSA) and 100% methanol. 1 X106 cells were stained with 0.03 ug anti-PCNA. Secondary detection was performed with FITC conjugated Goat F(ab')2 anti-rabbit antibody], and DNA stained with PI.Western Blot: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456]
Western Blot: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456] - A431 whole cell lysatesImmunoprecipitation: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456]
Immunoprecipitation: PCNA Antibody [NB100-456] - Detection of human PCNA by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: A. Whole cell lysate (WCL) from A-431 cells. B. WCL (500 ug for IP; 30 ug for WCL lane) from MDA-MB-468 cells. Antibodies: A. Affinity purified rabbit anti-PCNA antibody NB100-456 used at the indicated concentrations for WB. B. PCNA was immunoprecipitated using another a mouse monoclonal antibody to PCNA (mAb). Control mock IP was performed using normal mouse IgG (M-IgG) and normal rabbit IgG (R-IgG). immunoprecipitatesd PCNA was blotted using NB100-456 (1 ug/ml). Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 2 minutes (A) or 5 seconds (B).Western Blot: PCNA Antibody - BSA Free [NB100-456] -
MLE and nCGA reduced the expression of proliferation-related proteins in diabetic cultured VSMCs. (A) The levels of PI3K, p-Akt, and PCNA in OH-treated A7r5 cells were notably increased under OH conditions and notably decreased after treatment with nCGA (40 and 120 μM). (B) In OH-stimulated A7r5 cells, the levels of Ras and p-ERK were increased, and OH-induced upregulation was nullified by nCGA. The quantitative data are presented as the mean +/- SD from a minimum of three independent experiments. # p < 0.05 as compared to the C (control). * p < 0.05 as compared to the OH group.
