Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Renin Antibody (009) [NBP2-89723]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Renin Antibody (009) [NBP2-89723] - Staining of human RENIN in human kidney with rabbit monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution.Flow Cytometry: Renin Antibody (009) [NBP2-89723]
Flow Cytometry: Renin Antibody (009) [NBP2-89723] - Analysis of Human Renin expression on Jurkat cells. The cells were treated, stained with purified anti-Human Renin, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Renin Antibody (009) [NBP2-89723] -
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Renin Antibody (009) [NBP2-89723] - Staining of Human Renin in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-89723 antibody (1:300) at 37c 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R) 488-conjugated goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.Applications for Renin Antibody (009) - Azide and BSA Free
