Specificity

Detects human Semaphorin 6C in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Sema 3A, rhSema 3B, rhSema 6A, rhSema 6B, rhSema 7A, recombinant mouse (rm) Sema 3C, rmSema 3E, and rmSema 3F is observed.
