Flow Cytometry: SHB Antibody (JE57-12) [NBP3-32948] - Flow cytometric analysis of A549 cells labeling SHB.

Cells were fixed and permeabilized. Then stained with the primary antibody (NBP3-32948, 1ug/ml) (red) compared with Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (green). After incubation of the primary antibody at +4℃ for an hour, the cells were stained with a iFluor™ 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at +4℃. Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).

SHB is an adapter protein which regulates several signal transduction cascades by linking activated receptors to downstream signaling components. It may play a role in angiogenesis by regulating FGFR1, VEGFR2 and PDGFR signaling. It may also play a role in T-cell antigen receptor/TCR signaling, interleukin-2 signaling, apoptosis and neuronal cells differentiation by mediating basic-FGF and NGF-induced signaling cascades, and may also regulate IRS1 and IRS2 signaling in insulin-producing cells.
