Tangential flow filter-EV are a filter cartridge of hollow polyethersulfone fibers used for purification and concentration of extracellular vesicles. The filter allows a rapid, reproducible and scalable purification of EVs. It can be used on the lab bench for purifying small volume of samples or connected with a mechanical system for purifying larger volumes. During the purification, the sample is simultaneously concentrated.
Luer lock connectors for TFF-EVs large filter. Connect the adaptors with the tangential flow filter (TFF) both sides and apply biomatrix into the TFF with large syringes or extend with pipes for peristaltic pump.
