Fibronectin was detected in immersion fixed WS-1 human fetal skin fibroblast cell line using Human Fibronectin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB19181) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). This antibody specifically recognizes human Fibronectin by immunocytochemistry in WS-1 cells. Reactivity with Fibronectin from other species has not been determined.
