Immunohistochemistry : Osteopontin/OPN

Osteopontin in Human Breast Cancer.
Osteopontin in Human Breast Cancer.
Detection of Osteopontin in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue sections using 8 µg/mL of R&D Systems mouse anti-human Osteopontin monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB1433). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown) (Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with Haematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody was selected for its ability to detect human Osteopontin by immunocytochemistry. Reactivity of this antibody with Osteopontin from other species has not been determined.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
