Product Description

AZ 3246 is a potent and selective hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1) inhibitor (HPK1 ADP-Glo IC₅₀ < 3 nM; IL2 EC₅₀ = 110 nM). Displays selectivity over a panel of 357 kinases in biochemical assays and over STK3, STK4 and TNIK in proteomic experiments on cell lysates. Induces IL2 secretion in T-cells and displays tumour growth inhibition in EMT6 mouse model. Orally bioavailable.
