Key information: IRDye® 800CW, DBCO is a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye, supplied with a DBCO reactive group for conjugation. DBCO reactive group can react with azide-tagged molecules or biomolecules via copper-free click chemistry.Application: Fluorescence microscopy.
Properties and Photophysical Data: Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 778 nm and 794 nm, respectively.
It is recommended to dissolve this dye in water or DMSO (10 - 20 mg/mL)
